Blackboard Demonstrates Ongoing Commitment to Government e-Education Market

The Blackboard SCORM 1.2 Building Block was developed in collaboration with the National Defense University (NDU) and the ADL Co-Lab. The available technology allows the Blackboard Learning System to support educational content developed to the SCORM 1.2 specification. The National Defense University will be the first educational institution to deploy the new Building Block in support of SCORM developed content.
